Typically, when you use any app, such as Google, Instagram, WhatsApp, etc., you are required to carefully read and agree to their terms. However, most people not only do not read these privacy policies but also find it challenging to switch to other software or voice their protest after being subjected to privacy violations.
Furthermore, have you noticed that after searching for an item on Google, the advertisements you see on other platforms are often related to your search history?
The arrival of the 4G era has greatly facilitated our daily lives. Services like Uber, online shopping, remote work, TikTok, and other emerging social media platforms have made our lives more colorful and brought us closer to others. However, behind this convenience, numerous issues have emerged, such as the erosion of individual privacy rights and the creation of information cocoons.
While enjoying the convenience of the 4G era, should we also consider the potential crises behind it? As we approach the AI era, will our privacy rights further deteriorate?
The fourth generation mobile network (4G) is depicted as a painting reflecting real-life issues, highlighting concerns about individual privacy and data security being compromised. The artwork is divided into four stages: agreeing to user agreements and privacy policies, personal information collection and analysis, information push, and information cocoon. Each stage is represented by images with corresponding behaviors as titles. Ultimately, I expresses concerns about the upcoming era of artificial intelligence, emphasizing the conflict between information technology development and personal private space.
